At Parfum Chogan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization Code.
Pack Securely
Place the original, unopened perfume bottle in its original packaging and ensure it is securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item to ensure it is in resalable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
